Our client operations hours are 10:00am-6:00pm CST, which all communications with clients and coaches will take place.
→ Personal Use: Our Services are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. All information given through this website, or any of its tools or resources associated, are subject to copyright ownership by Courtney Le Van and Le Van Consulting LLC.
Refunds & Exchanges Policy:
→ Terms of Sale: All sales made through our website, seminars, webinars, and digital products are final and non-refundable. All purchases of one-on-one coaching sessions are subject to refund on a case-by-case basis. If you are not happy with your services, you have 30 days to make a submission to our refunds manager, where you must provide us with a few more details. If you have haven’t seen any evidence of positive measurable growth for your business within this 30-day period, we will refund 100% of your investment with us. We want to make a real difference for you and your business, so if we can’t do that, we’re more than happy to give you a refund.
→ Exchanges: We do not allow exchanges for any products or services offered through this website, but there are options to change your order details if you have made a mistake making your order. We do also allow upgrades at no extra cost to you.
→ Cancellations: Please send all cancellation requests to admin@courtneylevan.com and we’ll get back to you during normal business hours Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST.
Coaching Guarantee & Refunds:
→ We take great pride in the quality of our coaching services and are confident that you will see significant growth and progress in your business with our guidance. As part of our commitment to your success, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, after the first 30 days of our coaching program, you have actively participated in the sessions and implemented the strategies we discussed, yet do not see measurable growth in your business, we will be happy to issue a full refund.
→ Please note that this guarantee is subject to the following terms:
- Active Participation: To be eligible for a refund, you must actively participate in all scheduled coaching sessions and complete any assigned homework or tasks.
- Implementation: The success of our coaching program relies on your commitment to implementing the strategies and changes we discuss during our sessions. Therefore, it is essential to apply the recommended actions to your business diligently.
- Measurable Growth: We will work together to set measurable goals at the beginning of our coaching journey. To qualify for a refund, we will evaluate your business's progress based on these predefined objectives.
- Request for Refund: If you believe that you have met the above criteria and are eligible for a refund, kindly reach out to us within 30 days of the first coaching session, and we will process your refund promptly.

Subscription Details:
→ For all subscriptions and payment plans, your card will be charged on the calendar date you first purchased with us, every month. The charges will reflect the amounts you initially agree to when subscribing to our services or purchasing a payment plan for one of our packages.
→ If you wish to cancel your subscription, please send your request to admin@courtneylevan.com.
